I started my career believing that great HR could change everything about how people experience work — and 13 years later, I still do. That belief has taken me from scrappy insurance agencies to fast-growing tech firms to global medical device companies operating across 12 countries.
My Story
I'm a strategic HR leader with 13+ years of progressive experience scaling organizations through rapid growth, global expansion, and transformation. My career has taken me from building people programs from the ground up at PSA Insurance to leading HR & Operations at Think|STACK in Baltimore, to serving as Director of Human Resources at a global medical device company operating across 12 countries.
Along the way, I've led 200%+ headcount growth, achieved a 96% global retention rate, earned multiple Top Workplaces awards, and helped build the kind of cultures where people genuinely thrive. I've partnered with executive teams and boards, modernized HR technology stacks, launched leadership development programs, and designed the systems that let organizations scale without losing their soul.
