My Story

I’ve spent 13+ years helping companies navigate growth, from early expansion to global scale, building the systems, leadership capability, and operating discipline needed to keep pace. Along the way, I’ve led 200%+ headcount growth, supported multi-country expansion, and built people infrastructure that holds up as companies evolve.

I partner closely with founders and executive teams to bring clarity to complexity and turn people strategy into a lever for performance, alignment, and growth. My work spans organizational design, workforce planning, total rewards, and leadership development, always focused on building what the business needs to move forward with confidence.

I’ve worked within EOS and similar frameworks, aligning people strategy with leadership priorities and execution, and I bring a forward-looking approach that integrates data, technology, and modern HR practices to keep organizations agile as they scale.

Today, I work with high-growth companies as a Fractional Chief People Officer, stepping in where experienced people leadership makes the greatest difference. I help leaders build the structure, clarity, and leadership capability needed to move forward with focus and momentum.

At the end of the day, I care deeply about helping leaders build companies where both the business and the people behind it can thrive. The work is complex, but it’s also personal and that’s where the real impact happens.
